Around the World Comfort Foods

Comfort food is more than just a meal – it's a connection to our past, our culture, and our community. Our global Monthly cooking journey brings together the recipes, traditions, and stories that make us feel at home, wherever we are.

This Month’s Comfort food is Onigiri 🍙, a traditional Japanese dish of seasoned rice, typically in a triangular or ball shape! We will be making them with different fillings and flavors.

How does this work?

We supply all materials and ingredients. The volunteer chef guides everyone, and everyone participates - no cooking skills needed!

Where: 1519 Spring Creek Dr, Whistler

When: Friday Sept 12th at 6:00-8:00pm

Sign up here: https://forms.office.com/r/6iRChwX6af

Would you like to be a Volunteer Chef for one of our future sessions? We would love to have you on board! Please contact us at wpnewcomers@capilanou.ca.
